A fire alarm is only worth having if it works the day there’s a fire. We service and maintain fire alarm systems for commercial and residential premises across the UK, whether we installed them or not.
British Standard BS 5839 recommends your fire alarm is serviced at least twice a year, and your insurer and fire officer will expect to see it. Based in Leicester and available nationwide, we keep yours tested, certified and ready.

Call-outs when you need them
Servicing is scheduled, but faults aren’t. As well as regular visits we offer reactive call-outs, so a problem between services doesn’t leave you exposed.
Frequently asked questions
How often should a fire alarm be serviced?
BS 5839 recommends servicing at least every six months, so twice a year, alongside your own weekly call-point test. We’ll set up a schedule that keeps you compliant without you having to think about it.
Will you service an alarm another company installed?
Yes. We service and maintain fire alarm systems whoever fitted them. We inspect it first, then put it on a regular service schedule.
What happens if you find a fault?
We tell you what’s wrong, what it takes to fix, and how urgent it is. For anything that leaves you unprotected, we get it sorted quickly.
